Laura Christina Edwards is a UK-based multidisciplinary performer and creator working across physical theatre, dance, clown and comedy. She holds a First-Class BA in Physical and Dance Theatre from the University of Salford, and has performed in devised, touring and site-specific productions across the UK and internationally.
Laura’s work is embodied, playful and emotionally intuitive, drawing on her training in improvisation, somatic practices, character work, and singing. Her self-devised performances have been presented at Cambridge Junction, TicTac Art Centre, and Space Clarence Mews, and she regularly hosts Moving Compositions — a live improvised performance platform at Cambridge Junction.
Laura has a solo show titled Divine Timing, which premiered at Cambridge Junction in 2025 and will tour the UK in 2026-2027. Her work is supported through public funding by Arts Council England.
She has collaborated with companies including Sanskruti Dance, Meraki Collective, Moxie Brawl, and is a recipient of several commissions and bursaries from leading UK Theatres and festivals.
